The new Launch Edition model adds to the local Enyaq range, taking options for customers to three versions of the highly specified EV.

Following strong interest from New Zealand buyers for the Enyaq Sportline, Škoda NZ has announced a new option appealing to the growing number of Kiwis looking to enter the EV market with a vehicle that can take advantage of the New Zealand Government's Clean Car Rebate scheme.

The Enyaq is one of three new all-electric vehicles launching over the next four years, with more to follow, as Škoda continues to deliver the latest in highly specified EV technology.

Škoda New Zealand General Manager, Rodney Gillard, says the company is delighted to see the interest from New Zealanders when it comes to electric vehicles.

“With the launch of the Enyaq range and the evolution of the Škoda brand to become more sustainable, we have seen real growth within the brand and one that Kiwis really seem to resonate with. We’re now thrilled to be able to offer our Enyaq Launch Edition model that is eligible for the Clean Car Rebate.”

The three-grade Enyaq range now consists of two SUV-shaped options, the new Sportline Launch Edition priced at $79,990 driveaway, and the Sportline Max, available for $84,990 driveaway. The line-up is headed by the Enyaq Coupe Sportline Max, which has pricing of $89,990 driveaway.
